European Work Experience

Taking part in an exchange of this kind is a rewarding and challenging experience. It represents a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the life of a foreign country.

• EWE is an exchange: students, go to 5 European destinations - Spain, Belgium, Germany, Sweden and Italy - for a week, in return your partner will come to you for a week.
• It is different from other exchanges because you complete a 1 week work experience placement in your exchange country.
• It is an inter-school activity with 5 schools in North London sending students to make up the exchange groups. 
• It is not teacher directed with daily excursions for the whole group - it requires a high level of maturity and personal responsibility, with partners and their families, in workplaces, in foreign cities.
• It is not a holiday!
