A level Results 2024

The government tells us that the grade profile is the same as last year- but the number of top grades at St Michael's climbs higher with 60% of all grades at A or A*- higher than previous years; indicating that we are increasingly effective in enabling our students to achieve the highest grades possible.

This year we had 9 students to study Engineering, 8 for Medicine and over 80% into Russell Group Universities - up from 70% last year.

1. Ashaaree Thiru (A A* A*)with a £275 Reading List Foundation Scholarship. Going to study Politics and International Relations at Bristol University

2. Damilola (A* A* A) - Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London

3. Elizabeth (A* A  A) and Albert (A* A* A* A) - Elizabeth to study English at Oxford University and Albert to study Dentistry in 2025

4. Lauren (A* A* A*) and Jessica (A* A* A)- Lauren to study Maths at Durham University and Jessica to study Natural Sciences at Bath University

5. Mollie (A* A* A* A) - Aerospace Engineering at Bath University

6. Esther ( A* A* A*) - Medicine at Birmingham University
